We will assist you along each step of the way in replacing your Heat Interface Unit. From selecting the most suitable HIU for your property based on your buildings communal set up parameters, to installing, and commissioning it.
All installs include a 5 year warranty with the first years HIU service being free of charge. A commissioning certificate will be provided upon completion of the installation.
All of our installations include a free dose of central heating inhibitor which will protect your new HIU along with the rest of your central heating system.

By joining our maintenance plan you eliminate the stress of finding an engineer when you have a breakdown.
We will send a fully qualified and well experienced HIU engineer to you free of charge between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday.
